Confirmation of registration

If your completed Registration Form and payment or proof of payment is received by the Symposium Secretariat before 25 June 2008, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by e-mail. Registration Forms received after 25 June 2008 will not be handled and confirmed, a participant have to register on-site in hotel Patria (Symposium venue).

Please present the Letter of confirmation at the Registration desk at the Symposium to pick up your materials.

Please note the deadline 31 January 2008 to benefit from the reduced rates. Registration Forms without payment cannot be processed. Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the Registration Form and the payment are received by the Symposium Secretariat on 31 January 2008 at the latest.
Cancellation and Refunds
The Symposium Secretariat must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

The Symposium Secretariat reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 EUR at any name change of the registration.
