TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
- Poster area will be situated on the ground floor of the Symposium venue/hotel Patria.
- Poster mounting is scheduled to start at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 1. Posters should be on display in the Posters Area from Tuesday until Friday, July 4.
- Posters must be removed until 5:00 pm on Friday, July 4 at the latest. Posters which are not removed by the author will be removed by staff and discarded.
- There will be a poster session on Wednesday afternoon, but there will be also opportunities to discuss posters during coffee and lunch breaks as well.
- Poster boards dimensions (including frames) will be 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height (see picture).
- To keep good legibility of the poster, a maximum size of 95 cm in width and 120 cm in length is recommended.
- Fixing material (pins and stickers) will be available in the Posters Area.
- Conference staff will be available to assist you during the time of poster mounting.
- The poster boards will be numbered by the organizers. The number of your poster can be found in the Book of Abstracts.
